Psychoanalytic training is rigorous, with extensive clinical requirements focused on a deep commitment to patient care.
· As a trained psychoanalyst, I have benefitted from guidance and support for over 8 years by senior supervisors approved by PPSC.
· My analytic training included foundational ideas about human psychology and particular theoretical approaches and techniques which continue to ground my practice.
· I am also engaged in my own analysis as part of my ongoing training. This allows me to responsibly use myself in the therapeutic process to support your growth. As a patient myself, I also thoroughly understand the particular challenges and benefits of seeing a therapist.
· As a graduate of PPSC, I benefit from a diverse and supportive community of clinicians and instructors. Being part of such a community during this difficult time, bolsters my firm commitment to helping my patients heal.
